We Built Dealer Ultimate Because We Watched Dealers Juggle Too Many Vendors.

A dealership is one of the most hands-on businesses there is. A customer walks the lot, climbs into a rig, talks about the trip they have been planning for years. And behind the counter, the tools that are supposed to help the team were built as separate pieces by separate companies.

A lead landed in one system. The follow-up note lived in another. The service history was invisible to the person trying to sell the next unit. The ad agency reported clicks, the CRM reported leads, the DMS reported sales, and none of them agreed on what had actually worked. Dealers were paying five vendors to do one job, then paying their own people to stitch the pieces together.

We decided to stop patching it. Instead of stapling products together, we built the website, CRM, customer data platform and DMS ourselves on a single data layer, so a shopper is one person with one history, and a dealer can finally see the whole business in one place.

Then we made some promises that shape everything we do. We price our software separately from ad spend. We let dealers keep their own data. We report on vehicles sold, not clicks. And we only promise what actually exists.

We are early, and we are building this alongside the dealers who join us first. That is the point: the people who run the lot should help decide what we build next.
